VowsLink Seating — Terms of Use

Effective September 26, 2026

These terms apply to VowsLink Seating ("the app"), made by VowsLink, a brand of EnergyX LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to apps from the App Store.

Using the app

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app to plan your events. Don't misuse it: no reverse engineering, reselling, or using it to break the law.

Your content

What you enter — guests, notes, plans — is yours and stays on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having permission to store the information you add about other people, and for keeping your own backups.

Free plan and Pro

The free plan has limits on events, tables and guests. Pro removes them and unlocks every export. Pro is available as a one-time purchase for a single event, or as a monthly or yearly subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may change.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Vendor suggestions

"Partners near your event" may show businesses that pay to be listed. We don't endorse or guarantee any vendor; any agreement you make with one is between you and that vendor.

No guarantees

The app helps you plan, but you are responsible for your event. Features such as Plan check point out likely problems; they cannot catch everything. The app is provided "as is", without warranties, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
