Refund policy

VowsLink is a software subscription service, not a shipped physical product, so this policy covers our subscription refund terms.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first payment if you are a first-time subscriber on any plan, including the Lifetime Legacy plan.

How to request a refund
Email hello@vows.link with your account email and the date of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exclusions
Refunds do not apply to: monthly or annual renewal charges, plan changes made after the initial 14-day window, the $1 trial fee, or accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing hello@vows.link. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period; cancelling does not retroactively trigger a refund outside the 14-day window above.
